If you want perfection stay here!!!

We liked everything it was just perfection! If you want a perfect holiday then this is the accommodation for you. It is a breath taking view. We were met by Federico who showed us how everything works and what to do to get in and out. The house is very modern, clean and has everything you need. We even had a bottle of wine in the fridge!

Everything was really perfect. The house is very good equipped: warm floors, all the dishes and even wine, coffee and some other nice needed stuff)) magnificent views. The owner was very polite and helpful.

Well, it’s hard to say.. maybe I would recommend to buy the products somewhere not in Dervio, better in a bigger city. Cause I couldn’t find good seafood for grill)) In Casa Angela was everything perfect.

Cozy place, wonderful scenery.

It's a cozy place with fantastic views. There's a lovely small Dervio town nearby and with a car you can get to anywhere you need.

The place was cold upon arrival in winter-time and it took a long time for the heating to warm the casa.

The views and the huge terrace was fantastic. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming. They live near in the larger property. Dervio has Great Lake views but a small residential town, so best to have a car to visit other areas. We loved the quiet and privacy. Modern facilities were really nice.

Had to drive to go anywhere, not so walkable for trains and ferries, but that has nhing to do with the quality of the apartment, which was very nice. Could use more space for clothes. drawers and bedside tables.

No jacuzzi, people staring at us at arrival, no hot water

The view

I stayed in several airbnb and hotels and normally I do not write negative comment, but I will do it for this airbnb. We filtered only on single houses because we wanted privacy. Be aware that this is NOT a single house as it is specified in the description. It is an apartment inside a house. When we arrive the people living (not sure if his grandmother) in the apartment of the second floor were staring at us. We found other houses nearby but the main reason we choose this instead of other houses was because of the jacuzzi. In the description, the house owner specified that the jacuzzi would be available under weather condition, but available between April and September. Before our stay, he didn’t tell use the jacuzzi wasn’t available so we were really disappointed. There was also a problem with the hot water, but it was fixed by the owner after a while. Hope you will by luckier than us.

Not in this case: I was overwhelmed how perfect this place was with an amazing view and great service. The property was modern and stylish and provided everything we needed for our stay. A home away from home. Friends and family already asking after seeing my WhatsApp status.

Exceptional AIRBnB, with excellents facilities, high technical details, very good furnish, excellent kitchen facilities. Great view not only from the living room but from the bedroom as well. All the equipment of the kitchen are in excellent conditions. All the apartment has excellent details: windows with double glass and american electrical shutters, dimmer of the led lights in all the ambients, with central underfloor heating. You can enjoy the nice view of the lake from the balcony as well. Simply exceptional to enjoy a nice stay.

La casa è in una posizione eccezionale, affacciata sul lago. Spettacolare il momento del tramonto a bordo piscina. Dotata di tutti i comfort, compresa la macchinetta del caffè con le cialde, i bicchierini, le palettine e diverse tipologie di zucchero. Trovare una bottiglia di Ribolla gialla in frigo offerta dai proprietari è stato un gesto inaspettato ma che fa capire la cura e l'idea di accoglienza che si vive in questo luogo. Un'esperienza assolutamente consigliata per chi cerca tranquillità e cortesia. Grazie di cuore.

Jederzeit wieder

Die Unterkunft war super. Es war alles sauber und an Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lag zum See ist sehr gut, man hat von der Terrasse aus einen tollen Ausblick. Man hat einen Garten dabei und einen kleinen Pool, den man nutzen kann. Leider konnten wir den Pool und den Grill nicht nutzen, da es nur geregnet hat.. Auch die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und auch immer zu erreichen, wenn wir etwas benötigten. Sie haben auch eines kleines Heft mit sehr vielen Empfehlungen von Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Das hat uns tatsächlich auch sehr geholfen und wir haben einige Sachen daraus auch ausprobiert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen, hoffentlich auch mit besserem Wetter. :)

Es ist keine Kritik an sich, nur ein Hinweis: Der Ort Dervio ist relativ ruhig, da gibt es nicht sehr viel. Wir sind meistens zum Essen oder den See erkunden in andere Orte gefahren. Das muss einem eventuell bewusst sein. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, da war alles perfekt :)

Ótima estadia em Dervio, bom ponto para explorar o lado oriental do lago.

Belas vistas sobre o Lago di Como, hosts atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar no que fosse necessário. Apartamento mobilado e com equipamentos necessários para uma estadia confortável. Nos ofereceram um vinho de boas vindas.

Não haviam facas de qualidade para corte na cozinha, apenas uma pequena faca Ikea muito pequena e pouco afiada. Poucos temperos, mas OK.

Schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Comer See

Der Ausblick ist einfach phantastisch, der See liegt einem zu Füßen! Die Wohnung ist neu, modern und prima ausgestattet, mit ein paar freundlichen Extras wie Kaffee-Kapseln etc. und einer Flasche Wein als Begrüßung. Es gibt einen Pool, von dem aus man ebenso den wunderbaren Blick hat. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entspannt!

Die Schnellstraße hinter dem Haus wurde mehrfach in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt, aber weil sie auf der Rückseite des Hauses liegt, hat sie uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Eigentlich fanden wir es super praktisch, weil man schnell für Ausflüge auf die Schnellstraße kommt und wieder zurück.

Wir kommen gerne wieder - dank der herrlichen Terrasse und dem Blick über den Comersee.

Die überdachte große Terrasse der Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Dervio und den Comersee war unvergleichlich schön. Trotz des gelegentlichen Regens während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir fast draußen gelebt. Auch in der Wohnung genossen wir den Blick auf den See dank der großen Scheiben. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Der große Fernseher ließ sogar den Griff auf die deutsche Mediathek zu, leider sind deutsche Sendungen oft aus rechtlichen Gründen gesperrt. Es lohnt sich trotzdem ein HDMI-Kabel mitzunehmen. Es gibt viele Steckdosen im Haus, einige geeignet für Eurostecker, wenige für Schukostecker (Steckertyp C, E, F). Es lohnt sich einen Mehrfachstecker mitzunehmen, wenn man mehrere elektronische Geräte mitnimmt. Die Küchenausstattung ermöglichte es uns, fast jeden Tag zu kochen. Der kleine hübsche Pool wurde erst in den letzten Tages unseres Aufenthalts fertiggestellt. Der Vermieter gab deshalb einen großzügigen Rabatt auf den Mietpreis. Danke Federico. Der tägliche Fußweg ins Dorf tat uns gut. Bergab sind es etwa 20-30 min, bergauf ca. 30-50 min je nachdem, wo man hin will und je nach Gepäck und Wärme.

Bequem ist die Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen. Bei unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt hätten wir einen größeren Kleiderschrank benötigt. Außerdem fehlte uns eine Kommode, in und auf der wir unsere Sachen im Wohnzimmer hätten unterbringen können. Da wir jeden Tag gekocht haben, hätten wir etwas mehr als ein 6-teiliges Besteck benötigt, außerdem kleine Schälchen und mehr Gläser. Natürlich sind wir mit dem Bestand ausgekommen, etwas mehr wäre nur bequemer gewesen.
