Perfect place

The place is beautiful! From inside to outside we loved everything. The backyard is gorgeous and huge. Our apartment was on the second floor, the view from the big balcony was amazing. We stayed with 1yr old, it was very comfortable stay. Dervio is easy to go around with a stroller, Coop is 5 min away, there are not too many people and locals are so nice.

The only thing I would add to make it easier for families with babies is a highchair. It is a cheap thing but makes a huge difference.

Great apartment in wonderful town. Host was so helpful and their apartment was just wonderful, we stayed for four nights as 3 friends and cannot fault it. Beds comfy, shower great, apartment very big and Also the balcony. 5 mins walk to the lake and plenty local restaurants and shops Would return and would choose hotel Dervio again

Don't recommend

The owner ruined our vacation in this place. Calling us and texting us constantly about something and also in late hours (to move the car from the parking, to close the sun screen on the balcony due to the heavy rain - it didn't rain, etc). I don't even want to go into the details, but we travel a lot, and it was the first time we experienced something like this. Huge disappointment. Additionally, wallpaper in the bedroom is old and dirty, kitchenware is very old and broken, so it wasn't great to use it. I don't recommend to stay there if you want a peaceful holiday.

Nice view from the terrace, you can find everything you need in that apartment. Very clean !

You’re renting not the whole place but the part of the house in which owners actually live. It makes some uncomfortable moments. They should write about this in the description because we was expecting only us in that place

Fantastically fabulous, unique to the impossible!

We tried different accommodation and travel options - hotels, organized tours, team building. This time we decided to try something new - to rent a villa for five. When we looked at the pictures, we thought it was a very beautiful place. But in reality, it turned out to be impeccable in all respects: location, cleanliness, order, interior, exterior, attitude of the owners towards the guests, etc. The commune of Dervio itself is a quiet and peaceful place. And unusually picturesque. All towns on Lake Como are good, but Dervio is something special. We traveled a lot on foot, and a perfect night's sleep gave us the strength to conquer new heights every day. We have not seen a more comfortable bed in any hotel. The homely atmosphere of Villa Dervio made us feel not as "at home", but at home. Everything was fantastic and fabulous. We didn't want to leave. Many thanks to Rosy, Stefano and all the staff at the villa for making our stay unforgettable! We really want to come back...

A great stay...

Excellent location. Few minutes to lake Como. Definitely will come back for a longer stay. Home was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and kind. Special thanks to David who dropped us to the ferry station.

Wonderful holiday!

The apartment was lovely and we felt very much at home, a wonderful holiday.

Some noise from the boulder clearance work on the river, but this was outside the control of the villa's owner.

Very cosy and clean apartament where you will find everything you need! You can cook and serve the table as you wish.There are loundry. There are two teraces where you can sit till the sun goes down. The apartament are huge and confortable. The owners are very helpful. They recomend us shop down the street where we get a lot of local food and meet very charming lady Stefania!

Very Relaxing

The gardens were lovely. They made you feel as if it were your own yard. So much space and great large parking (easily fit in 5 cars)which comes in very handy. The views were good and local shops a just 200m down the road. You would not need to leave the area. Enough restaurants and swimming locations all within walking distance.

The Villa is very clean and cozy ! Good hostess . Very nice garden. Close to shops, beach , scenic spots . If we return to lake Como , we will definitely return to this Villa . Especially liked the restaurant that was recommended by 😍Rossi !! I liked the truffle risotto very much !!!! I recommend the restaurant ( Sarah)

Sehr gute Unterkunft und sehr schöne Möglichkeit im Food Village den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Die Villa Dervio ist von einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten umgeben, die Ferienwohnung ist klassisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Vom großzügigen Balkon hat man Blick auf den See. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Dervio ist eher klein und nicht so stark besucht wie andere Orte. Es gibt allerdings eine sehr schöne Seepromenade mit einigen Restaurants. Uns hat vor allem das Food Village gefallen, wo man abends sehr gut essen kann (die Burger sind hervorragend) und den Tag mit einem guten Glas Wein oder einem Cocktail bei guter Hintergrundmusik ausklingen lassen kann. Für Kinder gibt es direkt daneben einen schönen Spielplatz. Von Villa Dervio aus kann man alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichen (10-15 Minuten). Dervio ist mittels Bahn/Bus auch gut an die anderen Orte angebunden.

Es war schade dass die Bahnstrecke renoviert wurde und es stattdessen Schienenersatzverkehr gab. Aber dieser hat gut funktioniert und wir sind mehrfach mit dem Bus in andere Orte gefahren.

Wlascicel pisal o możliwość przyjścia i wymiany przescieradel i poscieli, ale nikt sie nie pojawil. Mial tez pojawiac sie fachowiec, do naprawy rolety, czekalismy, nikt sie niestety nie pojawil, ani nie poinformowal, ze nie przyjedzie. Slaby strumien wody spod prysznica, ciezko czasem bylo sie wykapac.

Miłyo pomocny personel. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do stacji kolejowej i sklepów spożywczych. Widok na jezioro z balkonu. Łóżka wygodne, było czysto, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. WiFi nie było dostępne w każdym miejscu, często trzeba było zmieniać miejsce żeby złapać internet

Budynek blisko drogi, od wczesnego rana słychać samochody. Bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem. Brak klimatyzacji.
