Very nice apartment, quiet, relaxing and perfect location for an overnight stay close to the airport.

It’s around 4 minutes to the airport, good to spend a night m.

Clean and comfortable room, having water and drinks in room was very handy

Bed didn’t have a top sheet just quilt which was a bit hot to sleep under

The location of the property was great. We booked it leaving Cebu, the next morning to the airport. So from that perspective it was great literally 5 minutes to the airport. It was also a 10 minute walk to the mall, McDonalds, Starbucks, Jolibee Robinsons, etc....

The first unit we got was 133, but the air conditioning was not working, however everything else in that room worked. the wifi was great, there was water pressure. Because of the air conditioning we were switched to Rm 237, where the air conditioning worked, but the water pressure was so bad we couldn't take our showers. We were forced to wait until we got to our next destination. The bathroom was moldy and just not up to standards. There was a bed in front of the TV, that you couldn't sit on. I would have racked my back trying to watch TV. The internet router had all its antennas disconnect, so you couldn't get the internet from the bedroom or bathroom. Further more the add advertises a Gym and Pool, all of which were closed and could not be accessed.We paid $100 for the night and by PH stds I am sure there are better places then this to stay. They had water in the Fridge but charged 35php which was twice what it cost at 7-11. you charge that much for a night the water should be free... seriously....
