The kitchen and bathroom size and the location.
The sofa bed sofa not clean the second bedroom and bathroom wall got some scratch the tv to small.

This was a good sized property, in a quiet location near the town centre. The property was spotless and clean. It had shampoo, soap and body wash in the bathroom and washing liquid in the well equipt kitchen. Meaning you could just turn up and stay without having to bring everything. When we needed to ask the owner a question he was very helpful and polite. We are a family of 4 (kids aged 7 & 10) this property was ideal for our needs. We would definitely stay again.
The front door key sticks badley and was very difficult to open. A little disconcerning when you arrive at 8pm in the dark with two young children. We had to call the owner to get advice on how to get in.
We found the boiler and i had read past reviews about following the instructions to turn the heating on. There were no instructions, so we had to call the owner again for advice. His response was he hasnt yet got around to making a welcome pack with information on how to work it yet?
The property was advertised as having towels. We got three small hand towels for 4 people! Luckly we were visiting family in the area, who leant us some bath towels for the weekend.
This property has the potential to be outstanding, however the owener needs to spend a time just getting these little things right first.
