We entered the house, just checked everything and left immediately. Unfortunately booking was not refundable.

Very well equipped kitchen with big table for five.

1) Dirty bathroom with lots of hairs; 2) all the couches were old and already not able to support a body sitting on it; 3) old and ugly mattress in the main wardrobe (for the fifth person i guess), so it’s not possible to hang clothes if not to move it somewhere, but again there isn’t any space to place it in the house, except in the center of the living room or outside; 4)no wi-fi and no tv channels, so no idea why there is one in the living room there; 5) and wrong information on number of people; 6) the queen bed in the master bedroom wasn’t done, but owner kindly dropped washed bed linens in the living room, before we had arrived

Very good

This was a good sized property, in a quiet location near the town centre. The property was spotless and clean. It had shampoo, soap and body wash in the bathroom and washing liquid in the well equipt kitchen. Meaning you could just turn up and stay without having to bring everything. When we needed to ask the owner a question he was very helpful and polite. We are a family of 4 (kids aged 7 & 10) this property was ideal for our needs. We would definitely stay again.

The front door key sticks badley and was very difficult to open. A little disconcerning when you arrive at 8pm in the dark with two young children. We had to call the owner to get advice on how to get in. We found the boiler and i had read past reviews about following the instructions to turn the heating on. There were no instructions, so we had to call the owner again for advice. His response was he hasnt yet got around to making a welcome pack with information on how to work it yet? The property was advertised as having towels. We got three small hand towels for 4 people! Luckly we were visiting family in the area, who leant us some bath towels for the weekend. This property has the potential to be outstanding, however the owener needs to spend a time just getting these little things right first.

Description was not accurate and had less beds

The house itself is very clean and tidy.

No locks on bathroom door Downstairs windows do not open, no air gets in even in the middle of summer. Very humid. The number of beds were misold and the landlord blamed wrong description on listing.

Quiet house in residential area.

Quiet, near restaurants, on street parking, good access to major roads and supermarkets. Helpful person on mobile if have questions. Eg Need to turn on gas for hot water - just remember follow the instructions and press the little button bottom right for ignition.
