Lovely.
The apartment iin the center of Lerici, everything close by shops,restaurants, harbour :) The place is nicely decorated, feels cosy. Host was extremely friendly and helpful!
Since the flat is on the 3rd floor, it can be superhot and there is a fan though but won’t help much. You have to let the windows open,but then the street is noisy.Be aware summer time you can’t enter the city by car just before 10:00am. You’ll have to pay extra for the parking garage near by which is an extra 30€\day. Other than this it’s an amazing place to stay.

Fantastic location close to ferry and bus and centre of town. Very friendly hostess. Spacious room.
Shower tap handle needs repair. Reading light not great. Fridge only just cold. Main issue was the 3 flights of very steep stairs to get cases up- anyone older or less mobile could not manage it.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene con la signora Cinzia che è stata molto cordiale e disponibile, la camera era ampia e ben pulita per finire la posizione molto strategica per il centro del paese.
Potrei consigliare un condizionatore per le torride giornate estive e un miglioramento delle attrezzature del bagno

Rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato
La pulizia della camera e l’arredamento. La signora Cinzia molto gentile.
Purtroppo il bagno era terribile, pezzi che si staccavano ovunque (porta della doccia rotta, porta asciugamani che si staccava dal muro..). I cuscini sono macchiati e andrebbero cambiati. La stanza si trova al 3 piano e bisogna salire 3 rampe di scale ripidissime, impossibile se si hanno delle valigie pesanti. La stanza si trova in pieno ZTL e andrebbe segnalato meglio perché non lo sapevo ed è stato impossibile raggiungere la stanza con l’auto, tra l’altro l’accesso dello ztl è veramente lontano dalla stanza. Inoltre non c’era neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo, siamo arrivati la sera e ci siamo tenuti la sete tutta la notte. Il lavandino del bagno è minuscolo e non c’è il bidet, il bagno è cieco. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è assolutamente adeguato, dovrebbe costare la metà a notte.

Iniziando dall’host: persona gentile e molto cordiale; casa posizionata praticamente nella piazza principale, perfetta! Tuttavia, un po’ vecchiotta e con un bagno molto piccolo… nel complesso valutazione positiva
