Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem wunderbar gelegenen Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll, zwischen San Terenzo und Lerici, so dass beide Orte ohne Problem zu Fuss zu erreichen sind.

Alles ok, allerdings wäre eine etwas größere und modernere Duschkabine wünschenswert

Location was very good, breakfast and food were very good, staff was amazing and very helpful. Lovely clean water for swimming

You could not get umbrellas at the beach at the time when we were there as they are long term rented, even though many of them were not occupied, one was not allowed to use them. Free sun beds and umbrellas only at the roof of the hotel. Air conditioning was very loud. Electricity was going off in the middle of the night. Magnetic keys were often not working.

Il golfo dei poeti è sempre meraviglioso, ma i servizi attorno a questo 4* sono da 1 * peccato.

La posizione, la camera anche se datata ma ben dotata. Ottimo parcheggio non scontato in questi luoghi.

L’hotel non ha avvisato che bisognava riservare un ombrellone e lettini con largo anticipo anche se non fa parte dell’albergo. Da parte dello stabilimento balneare zero collaborazione malgrado abbiamo visto numerosi lettini vuoti. C’è il solarium meraviglioso, unica pecca c’è il camino della cucina dunque si respira odore di fritto sempre. Il ristorante sotto l’albergo è pessimo sia il servizio che sfiora la incapacità totale di organizzazione, ma pure la qualità (unico piatto di terra entrecôtes nel menù ma non c’è viene sostituita da un hamburger di pessima qualità che sullo scontrino fiscale comunque viene contabilizzato come entrecôtes) che ci è stato servito dopo un ora e mezza dall’antipasto…. I servizi pessimi di ristorazione e balneazione non ci faranno soggiornare nuovamente lì.

I found Hotel San Terenzo the last minute during a storm after several days of traveling. It was a lovely place to rest and enjoy the sea. The staff were kind and the breakfast was exceptional. I liked it so much I stayed an extra day.

Can't think of anything. I was afraid it would be loud as my room was right on the street, but it was quiet and restful.

Excellent location and service

The location was perfect. We could imagine that in the height of summer, it would be busy and a little too noisy for our liking. Going in October has been lovely and gentle with tranquil walking along the seafront to the restaurants in the evening. The sunset snd sunrise were perfect and having a seafront room with a balcony made it all that much more delightful. The room was very well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing - hot and powerful. Breakfast was really lovely and we were really impressed with the choice for a gluten free diet (with one of us being a coeliac). Decent Schar bread on offer, not just breadsticks, crispbreads and rice cakes which seems to be majority of lots of other hotels.
