Leafy Inner City Apartment Camperdown

Location was very handy to buses and shops. Nice and quiet location. Facilities were good

I think a detailed instruction manual would be helpful in explaining units operational procedures. ie, Blinds, Dishwasher, Heating etc. Also eating establishments in the area, shopping centre's nearby.

Lounge area was dark. Noise from road outside affected our decision to open lounge doors.

Large spacious apartment, great Japanese restaurant 50m from the apartment door, supermarket and chemist 200m in the other direction, safe nice area.

Lovely location, very close to Newtown and Annandale which both of loads of shops and places to eat. The apartment was nice and spacious with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

Some of the appliances need attention and bulbs need replacing. The kitchen and kitchen utensils could have been cleaner. It looks like someone recently lived in the apartment and moved out and it needs a good deep clean. We could not figure out how to access the car park for parking we there was no instructions. There is a gate blocking the entrance that you need a code to access. Street parking only allows free parking for 2 hours so it was frustrating that we couldn’t access the car park. The complex is very big and includes multiple apartment blocks so an information book would be helpful so guests can easily locate the pool, gym, car park and where to dispose of rubbish etc.
