Had a great stay here! Very convenient being located in the center of town. Space is very clean and well kept and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Bournemouth. It’s a lovely flat at a short distance from Bournemouth beach! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Flat is private and has everything you need, very cozy and comfortable! Host was also a very friendly and responsive, we had a lovely stay, thank you!

The flat itself was adequate, with a few minor issues, and the location was convenient. However, our experience was severely affected by a problem relating to the invoice for our stay. During our stay, we requested an invoice or receipt on several occasions, both by telephone and via Booking.com. The accommodation repeatedly told us that they do not issue invoices and that Booking.com should provide it to us. Booking.com contacted the accommodation directly and explicitly stated that it is the accommodation’s responsibility to prepare and send the invoice. Despite this, we have still not received it since our departure, and the accommodation is not replying to our messages. We find this situation very worrying. We have paid for the accommodation and have simply requested documentation confirming the payment and our stay. The continued refusal to provide it, even after Booking.com specifically requested it from the accommodation provider, raises serious doubts about the company’s transparency.
