The neighborhood is really quiet and calm, there are sufficient possibilities for grocery shopping and fresh croissants from the bakery nearby. The communication with Randy was super quick and easy. There is a lot of space for bigger groups such as ourselves (7 people), the big kitchen also allows more complex cooking projects. The arrival and departure was easy due to a key-box outside. The drive to the bouldering regions was between 15 to 40 minutes.
The dishes were a bit dusty and sticky, we preferred to wash them before using. The kitchen was a bit chaotic, but we managed to find everything. For some reason the Wifi did not connect to any of our devices, but the host confirmed that it normally does.
