La ubicación es muy buena, está muy bien de espacio y es muy bonito, muy única su decoración
La ventilación no era tan buena pero soportable, había fantasmas (verdaderamente estuvimos escuchando voces y risas dentro del departamento, viendo sombras y sintiendo presencias ._.)

The house is beautiful and the location is the most posh area of Madrid. Safe and lively. It gives you the feel of home
The house is in basement. It is good for maximum a week stay but not longer than that as it suffocates due to no ventilation and there will be fungus after few days. Boiler is small and good for 1 person at a time. Couch and Sofa is not of good quality and there will be no network in basement and there is no full-coverage of wifi in the property.

Por qué íbamos un grupo de amigos lo pasamos bien y minimizó los fallos del zulo. También tengo que destacar que nos dejaron salir algo más tarde, pero no entiendo el concepto de piso o de apartamento con dos habitacioes pero en abierto, sin intimidad alguna, para eso hubiera alquilado con habitación compartida.
La cantidad de objetos personales de todo tipo, así como libros y demás sin sentido. Repito que lo pasamos bien por ir y nosotros hacer lo posible para ello. Mucho polvo y poca limpieza entre otros fallos.
