It was perfect placement right on the beach! I really loved it! It has everything youll need :) awesome place!
There were a lot of roaches in the kitchen. Broken furniture and the couch was incredibly uncomfortable. Needs an update on the couch. They were working on the property and we encountered a lot of concrete dust inside our condo and on the patio.

I liked how close it was to my work. I also liked the fully equipped kitchen.
No work space. Couch (sofa bed) not useable as a sitting surface. A bit worn down but nothing terrible. Knobs missing, dust ruffle that looked like it had been burned by cigarettes or a candle. Just generally not well kept around the edges.

Needs better furniture, bigger bed wood help, newer balcony furniture two are broken , need door fixed to open easier and door knob

Location was good. The pools were nicely kept and the property for the most part was very clean.
Parking was $50 but could rarely find a spot. I thought that was kind of a rip.
