About this apartment rental

Unit 4710 at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club, is sure to please with its great location and beautiful views. This is a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beautiful Gulf front balcony and gulf views.

The unit has a stocked kitchen with new granite counters. The Living room features a queen pull out sofa and a recliners It also has a 55" Roku flat screen TV on the wall. You can enjoy the beautiful Gulf views from the sofa!

The bath is attached and it the master bedroom has Gulf views, a king sized bed and a flat screen television, with an attached bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, with an attached bathroom. The washer and dryer is located off the living room area.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is ideally located just across the street from stores, restaurants, and a family amusement center. There are also golf courses, water parks, zip-lining, mini golf, paved nature trails, marinas, and theaters nearby.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, 2 outdoor pools, 2 beach boardwalks and a variety of vending machines.

*Parking passes are $60 each plus tax and one is included with your rental(2 car maximum). Please notify us if you need to add a 2nd parking pass.

***LONG TERM MONTHLY RENTALS from OCT-FEB are due in full 90 days prior to arrival***

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.

Host very nice and let us know if we needed anything to let them know. There was a leak in one bathroom that we noticed our first 10 minutes there. Our host immediately sent maintenance who was so nice to fix the TV that a cable had fell out of the back after he fixed the bathroom leak. Condo was clean which is the most important thing for me. Our view was perfect.

If I owned this unit, I would replace the front door. When I opened the front door I was aghast at how old the door looked and it impacted my view of the place. In addition there was a lot of grinding on the outside of the building on Thurs., Fri., and SAT. I complained each day to Seaside Beach and Racquet. The manager of the building lied and I was told he said that the grinding would only be the one day. That was totally wrong. I want to emphasize that I was very pleased with the response of White Shores Realty. I would also like to say that the pictures we saw of the unit were excellent, but the pictures were better than the actual place.

Overall our stay was great. Keyless entry would have been nice, having to drive out of the way to get keys after already driving 9 hours was a little frustrating while also having to keep up with a key at the pool/beach PLUS having teens coming and going trusting them to keep up with it, I didn't like that. The property was well kept, couch needs to be updated but we didn't have any issues. Having multiple pools and being steps away from the beach is always a bonus.

There had been construction going going on since July and it obstructed the view i paid for 1/3 of the time i was there. Felt like i was deceived.
