Their cozy and simple interior. All amenities were available. Friendlies and cleanliness. Good value for money and good location.
Waiting for taxi or calling for grab would take time because they don't pass by that area.

The interior was gorgeous and the area was really quiet. I really liked the cozy feel of the living room, it enhanced the experience of our Baguio getaway coming home to such a relaxing place. The TV had Netflix included and we were able to utilize the kitchen.
I really can't think of anything except we could not find the can opener.

CARETAKER IS FRIENDLY.

To be honest, this is the most toxic booking I had. I’ve been to so many places but this one gave me so much headache.
1. The owner kept on bugging me to get a QTP Pass in the Baguio Visita website which is no longer required. (at is required by the DOT according to him) I submitted the requirements anyways. Just to make sure you have your Vaccine card in hand. The website is quite challenging though
2. I booked for 4 pax instead of 5 pax. I read in the review that they can accommodate at least 4-5pax. He asked me to communicate with Customer Service to modify my booking for 1 pax additional which I have to pay for 1k. But my son ends up sleeping on the couch with no extra bedding and an extra towel.
3. MAKE SURE TO HAVE 6k CASH ON HAND SECURITY DEPOSIT! (even the 5star hotels don't require 6k security deposit)
-LOCATION. very far from City Center. Good thing we have our transport
-NETFLIX we didn’t finish a movie coz it kept on BUFFING
-PROPERTY GUARD- WORST!
-The only saving grace of this
