Nice villa with private pool

We had a wonderful time in this villa, it was very enjoyable and relaxing!! Loved the private pool. Staff were very helpful and responsive.

dissapointing

we booked the property for the pool thought it would be a nice treat for the kids. the villa was clean

the pool didn’t work and. while it was repaired it’s really unsafe and hurts to slide down.. don’t recommend young children as the stairs are a death trap. the villa was no well equip in terms of cutlery and essentials.

Very negative coming from someone who treats Bali as there second home! Don’t stay at this resort or anything affiliated

The fact that it was meant to be 5 stars was appealing but in person it was far from what was advertised

Everything…. The staff wore dirty clothes, the whole property was extremely run down, to access the shop you have to walk miles to get around the smelly river. The pool was cloudy. We had 10 days originally booked here we cancelled the next day. They refused us our refund and we have lost $4700.

Hotel may improve better by providing better room service.

Location was near (8-10mins) by transport. Villa has 3 bedrooms with bathroom. Water slide at the pool made the day for the children.

Bathroom amenities was not adequate enough (Body wash and Shampoo not available). Facial tissues not available in living and bedroom. TV in rooms uses only Wi-Fi connections (No aerial live TV). Wi-Fi connection for TV is very poor. Keep disconnected and fail to connect.

10 minutes drive from Seminyak central. Located in a quite neighbourhood area. Clean facilities and lovely staff. Very accommodating re; breakfast if we had to leave early for day trips. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa, but they need to update their AD and give their lovely staff the right facilities.

The Villa was beautifully setout and furnished - very comfortable.

The booking.com ad was misleading saying there was a 3 bed unit with slide - which doesn’t exist… they refused to refund when we tried to clarify. Also the staff were super lovely, but every morning our breakfast was served cold - which is not nice when you are ordering eggs ..

Lovely place. Not walkable to most things. but only a very short taxi ride away. The staff is the most welcoming people. Made us feel right at home. You can always get in touch with them thorough WhatsApp and they will get back to you right away. Super convenient.

Nice villa with great staff.

The villa really looked like as in the pictures and the staff was really great. The style was amazing and the beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately the water in the villa vanished a few times. The staff did fix the problem and provided us with complimentary breakfast for one day! Also the people from the other villas, were really loud and made lots of noise at the night. The villa itself could be isolated better from outside noises so that you can actually have a good sleep.
