We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every moment of it. We had the private pool villa which was fantastic and just what we needed after a long hot day. The included breakfast was exceptional and the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable with any needs

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to make you feel at home. The location is very good (I wanted to be close to Vegan babe, Alchemy and The Path yoga studio, so it was a 15 minute walk from everywhere). It was really quiet at night too (for Bali!). They provided filtered water which was really helpful, and the room is quite big, bed is very comfy.

The breakfast choice wasn't great for vegans (also not labeled clearly on menu) and they also charged extra for non dairy milk in coffee. The pool looks a lot nicer in the photos. The room is nice but quite dark.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. We can’t say much more as we only stayed one night before heading to the airport.

I really loved the location of the hotel.

The staff were a bit strange,every time I came in or left, they’d ask where I was going or what I was doing. When I mentioned going out to eat, they’d question, “Why don’t you eat here?” Plus, I didn’t like their breakfast. The pool area isn’t very private either, there’s a gate that allows staff to enter from the outside, and the neighbors can easily see you when you’re out there. The place also wasn’t very clean. I was disgusted to find mold growing inside one of the water bottles they provided. On top of that, when they cleaned the room, they didn’t bother changing the sheets or towels. There were also tons of mosquitoes inside my room, even though I never left the door open.

The hotel is really old, everything is black and dirty, my one year old daughter was playing with a rusty screw that was loose from the wood at the pool, she could walk right up to a very busy and noisy street from the restaurant, it was really not safe for her. Blood stains on the sheets. The noise of the street is incredible even at night. No relaxing at the pool as it is next to the busy street. Next door there was construction going on. I asked the manager if i could check out after one day because of all the problems, the manager kept saying that it was up to booking.com and did not take any accountability for the issues named above. In the end I stayed 3 nights waiting for resolution but they would give me non. I paid for the full week and they have ignored all my messages since I left. Horrible horrible way of treating your guests. Horrible stay, would not reccomend anyone to stay here.

Great location for being central to Canggu. Staff were super friendly with great communication. We enjoyed the huge breakfast every morning which was good value! TV in the room was utilised in the evenings which we both enjoyed. Pool was also nice to spend some time at when it got hot.

Very noisy (which can be expected in Canggu). A lot of areas including furniture, bedding, cushions and towels are very worn or stained. Repeatedly provided with stained towels daily (orange/brown/black marks) which left a lot to be desired - would be much easier to just replace these with new towels. Toilet seat was also stained which I feel just looks unhygienic. My gluten allergy wasn’t fully catered for - I am celiac and felt staff didn’t understand this. Asked staff for an incorrect order to be remade one time, and this came back out a few minutes later almost cold and looked the exact same, so I don’t believe it was remade and didn’t eat it to be safe.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the ocean, beach clubs, and nice restaurants for dinner. Everything was sparkling clean and felt brand new. They had really thought of every detail, from drinkable water for brushing teeth to mosquito repellent in the room. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, always going out of their way to help us, especially with our child. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Bali — absolutely delicious! The pool area was also beautiful and relaxing. We arrived early and they kindly supported us with an early check-in. Highly recommended!

Honestly, it’s impossible not to like something — everything exceeded our expectations.

Loved the breakfast style and the flexible hours 7.30 - 17.00 for taking it. A couple more vegan options would be nice. Staff were all super nice and keen to please. Even arranged a change of rooms due to noise from the neighbouring building site. Loved the private pool and we used it every day. Location was a comfortable walk to the beach and many restaurants.

The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. They really made the place feel like ‘home’ whilst we were in Canggu. The room itself had everything you needed - spacious, bed was comfy, shower was great. They give you three water bottles a day and you can ask them to be refilled during the day if needed. The swimming pool area isn’t massive but there was never anyone around it when we were there so wasn’t an issue! The location is perfect - about 10-15 minute walk from Echo beach and near loads of cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was spot on; you create your own breakfast by picking three things on the menu. All the food was so good too. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Canggu.

Close to lots of cafes, restaurants and the beach

We were not informed prior to our arrival, nor was it advertised, that there would be construction occurring immediately adjacent to our room. Additionally, the “private” villa lacked privacy, as it was possible to see directly into the pool area of the neighbouring villa. My partner suffered from food poisoning after eating food from the property’s restaurant. When we notified the staff, they offered complimentary food which was entirely inappropriate given the circumstances, as the last thing we wished to do was consume any more food from the same restaurant. Despite this we were still asked to pay for the meal that caused the illness. Due to the ongoing construction, the lack of privacy, and my partner getting sick from the food provided, we decided to check out early, change our flights and cut our holiday short.

The staff are amazing. The room felt very private, tucked away from the road and main facilities. The garden area made it feel even bigger and gave us time to enjoy outdoor space. The pool was gorgeous with lots of lounging options & close to the restaurant if you wanted a snack or drink! The facility was a beautiful mix of modern and green (we had a garden room). The all day breakfast was a standout, the fact that you could sleep in and not worry about a meal time made it even better. The staff even surprised me on my birthday with cake and a beautiful birthday message on our bed! Location is great too (only a km to the beach and La Brisa beach club) and lots of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes of walking.

Everything was great!! It could be a little noisy by the pool with the local traffic but we barely noticed & that would be the case at any accommodation :)

What an amazing stay!! Absolutely stunning!! The rooms were perfect, I also had a private garden. This pool was beautiful with lovely surroundings. The staff were excellent!! They went above and beyond for me. The food was incredible, sooooo good!! I didn't want to leave!! I would definitely go back 😊 Thank you so much for making me feel at home 🙂

Very underwhelming for the price. Expected a villa with a pool, as that was what was shown in the pictures before booking.. Instead we got a garden view. Couldn’t swing a cat in the rooms either, very small. Breakfast was nice but we weren’t allowed it on check in day (even though we was well within the time bracket to get it) and I checked out at 6.30am on my last day, so technically only managed 2/4 chances to get breakfast. Staff were nice enough, but much better out there for you money. 3 nights cost me £185 for a very basic room and amenities. Wouldn’t recommend sorry.

Such an awesome place, the pool was lovely. The rooms were modern and clean and the air conditioning was great. The food and drink at the restaurant was amazing, delicious proper coffee and the included breakfast was so good and plenty of food. Location was perfect, waking distance to everything you need in Canggu. All the staff were amazing and went out of their way to remember little things about you and your trip which made it extra special. Especially Sedana who was always smiling and ready to make you laugh.

This was the first hotel that truly felt like home. It was our second stay here, and we were genuinely sad to leave. The staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make you feel happy and comfortable. Yes, the street noise can be noticeable—but that’s just Canggu. It’s lively everywhere. The location is perfect, with everything close by. And the breakfast—wow. It’s absolutely delicious and was one of the main reasons we came back, along with the amazing team. We can’t wait to return!

First of all, a massive thank you to Santana! He is amazing, always happy to help and positive and he went above and beyond, I truely am grateful for his hospitality. Location was amazing close to so many good cafes in Canggu (5-10mins away) and you can walk around. There’s also a spa next door. Very clean and great amenities. I’ve been to many hotels worldwide, but this one hits all the marks ✅

I did not bother me personally, but just be mindful that this accomodation is located directly on the road, which means it is noisy, but that also means superb location!

The customer service and attention to detail from the staff was the highlight of our stay. Every time we entered and exited the motel we were greeted and farewelled with a lot of enthusiasm and staff would check if we needed any assistance every time which was great (even though we didn't most of the time). We did, however, suffer from Bali belly during our stay and staff were fairly attentive in ensuring we had all we needed to get by and helped deliver items we had ordered online via Grab, to our door. Aside from this, the motel offers good facilities including a basic pool, standard breakfast and daily linen change - we liked the inclusion of a bath robe.

Basic breakfast not of the highest quality. We had dinner at the motel the night we arrived and chose not to do so again as we felt it wasn't great quality also. Location of the apartment is accessible on foot to main spots across Canggu, as long as you are willing to walk 15-20min which we were.

We are so happy that we stayed in Ecozy for our last stop in Canggu.The property is is next to the Main Street and as the pool is next to the street u can here the vehicles but the rooms are so clean and you do not hear anything from the street. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from all the cafes, restaurants and spas. Staff are very polite,helpful and friendly. It is a very good value for the money u pay. The most important point for me is the cleanliness and the bathroom when it comes to stay in a hotel. Everything in the room and shower was super clean. I had to catch my flight and I did not eat but my partner told me that the breakfast and lunch were also decent and good

Hearing cars from the pool but it is no one’s fault the type of property which has the pool in front creates this situation but I saw that some of their units in the back of the property has their own pool which should be more relaxing

Pros: Great staff, super friendly and helpful, as to be expected in Bali. Decent location - approx. 15 minutes walk to the beach, some really good cafés and restaurants within 5 minutes. Bed was comfortable, decent AC, bathroom is quite nice (shower in particular). Didn't have any difficulty sleeping in room 210 despite other reviews complaining about traffic noise. Coffee with breakfast wasn't bad. There's a carpark in front of the reception which is handy for getting taxis as the road is pretty manic. Cons: Overall, I think I expected a better standard of everything given a) the reviews and b) the price. This was our third accommodation on this trip and it wasn't as good as where we stayed elsewhere despite being a similar/higher price point. Breakfast is included but felt like a waste of a meal when there are so many nice food options nearby. By day 4 we were able to figure out after much trial and error what were the passable breakfast options (fried eggs on toast, yoghurt and granola, fresh fruit). The rest was frankly poor from our experience. The main pool is OK but looks a bit grubby and gets a lot of noise pollution (and probably actual pollution) by being so close to a busy road. We didn't spend much time there. Overall it's not a bad place at all and the staff are great - our stay was comfortable. I just don't think it warrants the price point unfortunately, although to be fair I have never stayed elsewhere in Canggu so maybe that's the going rate!

Rooms 1&2 are close to the cafe which they turn the music on from 7am. Woke us up and kept us awake I would suggest keeping it quieter till at least 9am!

We had such a wonderful experience at Ecozy Stay! The team were incredibly kind and friendly—by the end of our stay, they even remembered our food and drink orders, which made it feel so personal and welcoming. The breakfast options were amazing for the price, and they were always happy to accommodate any special requests. We were lucky enough to be there during Nyepi Day, and the staff made it such a peaceful and meaningful experience. They took the time to explain the significance of the day, which was both informative and really special. The facilities were tidy, and the bed was super comfy—everything felt well taken care of. The staff truly go above and beyond. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend Ecozy to anyone visiting Bali!

The ye property is so clean and the staff are just amazing. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. The pool area is also well kept. When coming back you’re always greeted with a warm “welcome back home”, awesome. The staff were so kind, they prepared and packed a breakfast for us when we were checking out. Great experience. The property is close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants and cafes.
