That was a nice stay, clean and tidy room, great breakfast

Small rooms, you can hear the construction work nearby, water in pool really cold

Very close to everything, food and staff in hotel and staff in Soul Bowl/Sandals/On the Rocks

Construction next to hotel all day and night. Rooms should be discounted for disruptive noise, inconvenience.

From the very moment I walked into the Citadines marina, I received excellent service. The rooms were great, the views were lovely. The service from all staff from Reception to dining staff and hotel maids was first rate. I feel I must offer my sincere thanks to a lady on reception called “Rachel” this lady was absolutely outstanding, her knowledge, her personality, her ability to get things done was first rate. The ASR chain are lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff. She is a valuable asset to this organisation, and not only are they lucky to have her working for them. She is also a fantastic ambassador for this great hotel group.

The Beds were ROCK HARD. Like I may as well have been sleeping on a bed of bricks or the floor. It was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on in my 45 years of living. The noise from the construction next to the hotel is loud. The construction sound goes all night and all day. The rooms are not soundproof. People should be aware it’s a completely non smoking hotel. No smoking on balconies or near pool area or open areas. The bathrooms were very dimly lit.
