We had a small issue with our reservation, but the staff handled it so kindly and even upgraded us to a nearby resort — such a lovely surprise. Everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile. The resort itself is stunning: clean, peaceful, and the beaches are just picture-perfect. Thanks to the amazing team, this trip was truly unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

All inclusive is a must

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite the short 15-minute distance from the airport, we waited over two hours for the transfer to the hotel. Although advertised as "all-inclusive," it’s actually just full board with three meals per day. They delayed our check-in, and by the time we arrived after 3 PM, lunch service had ended, and we were told we’d have to purchase the meal if needed. No snacks or food options were available between the designated meal times.
Furthermore, our restaurant reservation was not confirmed, and we received an apology instead. We also informed the hotel about a birthday celebration, but nothing was organized for it. The food quality was far below the standard of any 5-star resort in the Maldives. Out of the 24 hotels we’ve visited in the Maldives, this was by far the worst 5-star experience.
