We were lucky enough to get to stay here last week, and we missed 2 monsoons, so the weather was absolutely outstanding, sunny and calm the entire 5 days (wish we stayed more) ❤️ we had the best time, amazing staff, food, facilities. I recommend booking dinner or anything prior to coming as it all books out fast! I also recommend taking usd cash that is faultless, coming from NZ we had no idea that a little tiny rip or any stain in money made it non useable in Maldives! Best time to go from breaky is 7-8am before everyone wakes up, you get the best seat in the house. Also great for morning strolls as it feels like no one else is on the island (partner proposed to me on one of these walks 🥰). Also do not rely on the umbrellas on the beach to stop any sunburn! Definitely a learning curve on the first day! I really wanted to see turtles so we paid for the turtle excursion, went out saw none, BUT it was an amazing experience snorkeling between the reef and the huge ocean in the waves - saw huge eagle rays, soon realised there are turtles literally outside our overwater bungalow and got to snorkle with them right outside our room! Absolutely INSANE! Staff always happy, always saying hello, genuinely seemed so happy to be there, such a positive vibe!

If you shirking is your top priority then the resort is not ideal for your as coral is a bit far not reachable by average ability. The food was good but not great!
