Location was perfect, as it says 82 steps to the beach. The rooms were spacious. The shower in one of the bedrooms was a little small. We had a slight problem with using the washing machine, but it was soon rectified . A lovely outdoor area with a nice size pool. We had the whole place to ourselves, not sure there would be much of a pool area if each flat was occupied. The kitchen utensils were pretty spares. No coffee, tea etc left.
The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. We only used it as a sofa. Not sure it was bigger enough or comfortable to be used as a bed.

Perfect location close to the beach. Nice appartement.
A very unpleasant smell was coming from the ground floor. This smell definitely did not come from the sea. I suspect a problem with the sewage system. We had to keep the windows open all the time, which was quite unpleasant during strong winds and when people from neighboring properties were doing garden work. Once this problem is resolved, I would rate it a "9".

Super freundliche Gastgeberin, unkomplizierte Kommunikation über WhatsApp und sehr bequeme Betten. Der Pool war ein grosses Plus. Qualitativ hochwertige Sonnenschirme und Sonnenliegen vorhanden.

Strandnähe, Sauberkeit, Ruhe wegen kaum Straßenverkehr
Sehr hellhörig. Gewollt oder ungewollt, man versteht fast jedes Wort von anderen Bewohnern des Hauses. Keine Körperlotion, nur ein Seifenspender für das Waschbecken und die Dusche. Trotz unmittelbarer Strandnähe keine Strandhandtücher, Sonnenschirme etc. wie ansonsten häufig bei so einer Lage (auch kostengünstigere Unterkünfte in z.B. Plettenberg Wilderness) in SA üblich. Den Begriff Villa für eine Einliegerwohnung zu benutzen, ist schon interessant
