Mocht je geen Italiaans spreken is de communicatie per whatsapp veel beter!
En de onverstaanbare buurman van de overkant die helpt met inparkeren is een grote +!
Eigenlijk alles prima, een klein dingetje, maar dat was samen snel opgelost 😉

Reasonable property for the price and central.
Parking was a very tight but luckily I didn’t scratch the rental car. Shower is very small but it was ok for the two nights that we stayed.

De eigenaar wachtte ons op met de sleutels en instructies. Hij hielp ons met het parkeren van de auto in een iets te kleine parkeerplaats, wel met een hek. Vergt even wat parkeer skills. Grote accommodatie met goeie keuken. Vrij dichtbij Pompeï maar te ver om te lopen. In de buurt een supermarktje en goeie pizza place.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento (4 noches, familia de 5 personas)
En general, nos hemos sentido cómodos, aunque el espacio es un poco justo para cinco personas. El sofá, por ejemplo, es reducido: caben dos o tres personas muy apretadas, y el baño es bastante pequeño e incomodo.
La cocina tiene buen tamaño para cocinar para varias personas, pero los utensilios estaban en muy mal estado (ollas, sartenes, cuchillos, tijeras y otros básicos). No quisimos utilizarlos por su estado envejezido ( teflon rayado y deformado) e higiene y tuvimos que comprar algunos utensilios para poder cocinar.
En cuanto a la limpieza, también hubo aspectos a mejorar: los platos, vasos , nevera y el baño no estaban limpios al llegar, y el sofá estaba excesivamente sucio, por lo que tuvimos que cubrirlo con sábanas para sentarnos.
Por otro lado, queremos destacar la amabilidad del propietario, que nos dejó una cafetera con cápsulas para todos los días (espectacular) y varios paquetes de pasta para que pudiéramos servirnos.
La ubicación es ideal para visitar el Parque Nacional de Pompeya y subir al Vesubio.
El aire acondicionado es muy útil en esta zona, y se agradece mucho contar con parking privado. Aunque el aparcamiento es bastante justo, pudimos estacionar sin problema un Peugeot Rifter grande.
Hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso y las calles de la zona son estrechas y algo sucias, poco cómodas para circular en coche, aunque esto es habitual en esta parte de Pompeya y Sud de Napoles.
Si se mejoraran los aspectos de limpieza y equipamiento mencionados, sería un hospedaje y una ubicación perfectas para visitar Pompeya.
