Pasquale was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home straight away. Communication ahead of our stay was great.
The location is excellent for visiting Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Naples, either by car or train and we were able to walk 20 minutes to Pompei.
The apartment really is like an oasis, from the street, once inside the gate you are met with a beautiful garden with lemon trees and patio area. There is a local greengrocer right next door, as well as a home store and a take away just a short walk away. A modern shopping centre is just across the road, with everything you could possibly need. Street parking was easy right in front of the gate. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in returning.

Très spacieux, c'est un appartement avec canapé, table et chaises, cuisine et grand lit. La salle de bains et la douche sont spacieuses.
Pour le repas du soir, le grand centre commercial de l'autre côté de la rue a très bien fait l'affaire.
L'adresse donnée par Booking.com ne comportait pas le numéro dans la rue. Ça manquait d'autant plus que la rue est très longue et que c'est le même nom de rue pour toutes les petites transversales. J'ai mis longtemps à trouver l'adresse. Pasquale m'a guidé à distance sur WhatsApp. C'est le numéro 223, juste en face de l'écran géant du centre commercial.
Petit détail : la porte de la salle de bain frotte par terre, elle est un peu dure à ouvrir.

The property has been recently renovated with new appliances and a nice shared outdoor space. It appeared to be very well cleaned. Access was secured by locked gates. It is opposite the brand new Pompei Maximall. Two stations on the Circumvesuviana line are at 1.4km and the entry to Pompei ruins is at about 1.2 km
The only switch for the light in the living area is by the entry door - there is no bedside light - so you need a torch/phone to get to bed. The free wifi was non existent for our 5 day stay.
Those who gave excellent reviews obviously did not use the kitchen as it only looks good - the extractor hood and induction hob are not connected to the electricity supply - instead an efficient single induction hob is provided, the oven works but there are no oven dishes - just a few pans – nothing to prepare food with – no chopping board, peeler, scissors, sharp knife, etc – no kettle, no toaster – just a fancy coffee machine. The bathroom had no toilet seat and the door was very difficult to shut as it rubbed the floor.
The only consumables supplied were hand wash and one toilet roll in the bathroom and a bottle of water, coffee for the coffee machine and a bit of washing up liquid in the kithen area.
