The staff was great, rooftop was also perfect and they let us stay while we were waiting for our flight.
No AC in the living room, a bit far from the city, we didn’t have dryer for our clothes. Network wasn’t available in the room

Location was up a very steep hill. This information did not appear on the booking form. We found this quite stressful, especially after a long day sightseeing. If this information appeared on the booking form it would have affected our booking.
One shower screen was loose & could, potentially, cause an accident if not remedied.
No kitchen cleaning products, other than a half bottle of washing up liquid & 2 scouring sponges. we could not dry the washed dishes until we bought a roll of kitchen tissue.

We liked that the property was bigger than we expected, that it had 3 bathrooms.
The whole property was not cleaned properly, not maintained at all, even the soap packaging was dirty. The washing machine was full with a foul smelling black substance that we called the staff to clean. But the smell remained throughout our stay. There also are cockroaches. Two of the showers had such low pressure that they were impractical.
