Overall, this place was a great place for a family gathering over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs, and the dining room table was plenty large. The trampoline was a big hit! As were the many game choices! We loved that the yard was fenced for running around with the dog! And the location in West Seattle was perfect. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I appreciated that the sheets and towels didn't smell like fake flowery chemicals, and all the windows opened for any needed ventilation! Washer and dryer were also a plus!
I would recommend that there be more hand towels available for the bathrooms. Each bathroom only had one litlte hand towel for six people for a week (we looked everywhere and couldn't find more). The mattresses were rather soft, so this is just a personal perspective, but I didn't find them very comfortable, as I prefer more firm beds. Unfortunately, the shower in the main bedroom did not drain well, and the toilet also had some issues flushing fully. It seemed like a deeper plumbing issue that came and went, but we contacted the managers, and they seemed to fix it for a little bit during our stay. Hopefully they look into both for future travelers' comfort!
