5 minutes from the airport and only 15 minutes away from Seattle downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, fast food, shopping and more. 5 minutes drive to the Puget Sound parks on water. Great location near everything.
It’s on the 2nd floor with one flight of stairs with no elevator. Newly done unit with large washer and dryer and a balcony for your enjoyment.

Start a load of dirty towels or sheets or both.
Remove all sheets from the beds and leave it near the washer.
Take trash out to the trash bins. Guests asked to start a load of towels before checking out and remove used bed sheets and place them on the floor near the laundry. We collect $300 refundable security deposit.
