Best ROOM in SHARED FLAT in the City I PRIVATE BATHROOM l Trendy Area in the city

Really great location, located at the edge of Russafa/Eixample between two Valenbisi bike stations. 15 minutes walk to Xativa metro, or lots of bus options around. There is a nice comfy bed, aircon that was very welcome during the summer, a spacious terrace to catch some rays and a private bathroom with good water pressure. The photo doesn't show the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the terrace but lots of natural light, with shutters to block out if wanted. Cesar is a wonderful host, lots of knowledge about Valencia and other places too. Very welcoming and hospitable, willing to have a nice chat and offers amenities in his home, while also giving space when needed.

Camera eccellente in appartamento nuovissimo e ben posizionato in una zona vicina sia al centro (città vecchia) che alla Città delle arti e delle scienze e al parco Turia, tutti raggiungibili a piedi e comunque ben servita dai mezzi. Zona vivace e piena di locali e ristoranti. Proprietario molto cortese e accogliente. Unico neo: sono capitata nel momento in cui il palazzo aveva un blackout di Internet, e quindi mi è mancato il wifi. Nulla a che vedere con la responsabilità del gestore, però!!!

The apartment is located in the area close to where I wanted to be (near CaixaGorum etc)

On arrival there was no cold water, could not use toilet more than once that day, had to wait morning and go to a café. I told if no shower is ok but THIS is not acceptable. A man did not want to compensate a bit, and the booking was not refundable. He had mom who came to cook, then they talked while I could not fall asleep, until 1 a.m.maybe 1:30,then they left and slept at her place probably. Waste of money. Beware-Check out is at 10 a.m. but the website says 11 a.m. 😒😒 room is different from the add, better quality but the water problem ruined it all.
