The whole nearby place is under construction and we are not told when we do the reservation. No coff

The hotel is in the small town, the location "Shall be great". But during our stay, the whole small town's road is restructuring. We are not notified this even after we do the reservation. So when we arrived, the experience is way too far from expected. No any store open nearby due to the consturction. We need to carry heavy luggage across the resturction to reach the house. When do the check in, its not self check in, its video check in, so you need to hold your phone do the video call with that management people, listen what he said (so you better have good enough english conversation level) and check in step by step....take quite a while. No preparation of coffee or tea in the kitchen, so you need to prepare everything - this is the only appartment without coffee or tea when I travel with my family 19 DAYS In italy, especially this price is quite high vs other place we stay, but every house/airbnb are all with coffee and tea.

High quality, modern apartment with a great view of Sassolungo.

The apartment is modern, high quality, and immaculate. The room is large with a nice dining area and sitting area. The shower worked well with a reliable hot water supply. The balcony is spacious and has a perfect view of Sassolungo. The building is secure and the hallways and stairs are very well cleaned and maintained. The location is great with restaurants and shops close by, but the building is behind another building, so it is not right on the street and is quieter. The cooktop and small refrigerator permit light cooking in the apartment.
