El hotel es fantástico, la comodidad extrema, la ubicación inmejorable. Agradable, limpio y fácil para tener la ciudad como base de excursiones. Todo perfecto en ese sentido.

No acabé de entender el sistema de personal de trabajo; el caso es que casi nunca había nadie en la recepción, pero cualquier persona del bar te atendía, en función de que te entendiese, que no era lo habitual, por el idioma y/o porque parecían "ausentes" (parecía un grupo de amigos gestionando todo el complejo). Nuestra habitación daba a la terraza del bar; solía haber ruido, pero soportable. Lo que nos llamó infinito la atención es que tuvimos dos estancias, una de 5 noches y la otra de 3 y la penúltima noche hubo gente en el bar hasta las 6 de la mañana, lo que implicaba gente en la terraza hasta entonces. Soportable el ruido, para mí, insisto. No obstante, la última noche, fuimos casi a la una al bar a tomar una cerveza y la persona que ese día atendía la barra nos dijo que el bar estaba cerrado, que cerraban a las doce. Le comenté que la noche anterior habían estado hasta las seis de la mañana, entonces me contestó "It was Friday night, you know?", el caso es que yo ni tengo que saber ni tengo por qué entender ni aguantar el ruido hasta las seis de la mañana (la semana anterior, el domingo hubo carcajadas hasta las 3, you know?). Nos puso la cerveza sólo si pagábamos en efectivo, finalmente. Así lo hicimos y con el mismo desconcierto, dejamos el hotel al día siguiente.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was nearby. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

After reading the most recent reviews on Google Maps and Booking.com, I started to realize that there seems to be a recurring issue with how bookings are handled at this hotel. We booked our stay last minute through Booking.com after having already experienced a scam with a previous accommodation, so this time we specifically booked a suite because we wanted to avoid any further problems. We chose it based on the description, photos, and the fact that we were paying for a suite. A few days later, I was contacted via WhatsApp by the “hotel manager” — not through Booking.com. She told me that their “channel manager” had made a mistake and that the price of the suite listed on Booking.com was incorrect. She then asked whether we wanted to keep the suite by paying a higher price, or whether we preferred to be moved to the room corresponding to the amount we had already paid. I find this explanation very difficult to believe. After looking at other recent reviews, it seems that we are far from the only guests who have experienced issues involving bookings and pricing. I obviously cannot say exactly what is happening behind the scenes, but I do think there is a serious lack of transparency. Regardless, if a hotel makes a pricing or booking mistake, the responsibility for resolving it should not be placed on the customer. We booked and paid for a suite, specifically chose it based on the photos and description, and reasonably expected to receive what we had booked. Instead, we were essentially told that we had paid for something that we might no longer be given. Since we needed accommodation in Yerevan and did not want to deal with yet another last-minute problem, we ultimately accepted the situation. Then came the check-in. When we arrived at the hotel, no one opened the door. Someone from the bar next door eventually opened it for us. There was also no one at reception, which, again, seems to be something mentioned repeatedly in other reviews.
