    Sorry to vent, but had to share this. The room we got was a disabled one, and to top it off, there was no internet. Called a bunch of times and nothing, they wouldn't switch our room or sort the internet. They even gave us a password for the next room’s WiFi, but spoiler alert: it didn’t work consistently. Room service? Forget about it if you need water or anything before 9 am - they outright refuse to help. Honestly, it’s the worst Hilton stay I’ve ever had. Even the breakfast was a letdown. Disappointing doesn’t even cover it.
