Nice apartment for a family a little walk away from attractions

It was a good size apartment and it was very clean. It was easy to meet the host and get the keys and the communication was great. It was just 5-10 mins walk from the main attractions in Bologna. There is a nice cafe/brunch place as you exit at the right. It's a good value for money for a group of 4.

In terms of the layout, it had a strange layout where one of the bedrooms is upstairs (no door just stairs connecting to the kitchen area) and the other downstairs (no door just stairs down from the kitchen). As we are a family that didn't matter. The air-conditioning system struggled. We on the top bedroom had constantly all the heat and sweating while the bedroom downstairs were freezing. Note it was a very cold couple of days.

Great place for a weekend in the city.

Nice and cozy place, had everything we needed. Good location only 10 min walk to city center and still close to cafés and bars.

A little noise from the street in the evening/morning, but nothing bad.

Great Location.

Location ideal as only 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore in city centre. Comfortable beds. Nice terrace to sit out in the evening.

Step inside front door is fairly steep so you need to mind your step going from kitchen to downstairs bedroom.

Lovely Accomodation

Lovely clean modern Accomodation. Comfortable for a family of 4.

The pillows are a little old and aircon did not quite reach upper level of the flat where top bed is located. Sightly hot but it was 37 degrees outside

We loved staying at Loft Potici and would definitely stay there again.

Loft Portici was the perfect place for us to stay for our 2 day/night visit to Bologna. Its location is so convenient to all the sights of Bologna and we walked everywhere. A delightful place to return to at the end of the day and Anna was a lovely and helpful host.

Comfortable, good value apartment in Bologna

Comfortable, clean small apartment with everything you could want in a lovely corner of Bologna.

Being at street level, it gets very noisy at night from people walking and talking just outside. Bring earplugs! The step in the kitchen is a bit of a trap - we both fell down it. Perhaps some tape or something around the edge would make it safer.

There was a garbage container in front of the window. it makes noisy once collector come in the middle of the night! also once you open window smells a lot.

Hyvä sijainti, vastasi kuvausta, siisti ja erittäin ystävällinen ja selkeästi kommunikoiva emäntä. Tulisin uudestaan.

Koska rakennus on vanha, asunto on hiukan sokkeloinen eri tasoista johtuen, paljon kynnyksiä ja rappusia. Ei haittaa, mutta piti katsoa mihin astuu.

appartement étriqué et non adapté pour 4 personnes adultes et agées

logement non prévu pour 4 adultes agées, serviettes dispo pour 3 personnes, accès dangereux avec marches très hautes,je me suis blessé fortement en ratant une des marches, au départ on m'a réclamé 12 euros de taxe déjà payée, le lit du bas prévu pour un couple est équipé d'une couette pour une personne, très bruyant la nuit, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir une fenêtre.

Gayet güzel bir konumda, havalimanı ulaşımı kolay, şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde. Temiz ve rahat bir ev. Aydınlatma, ısıtma, mutfak gereçleri, WI-FI hızı herşey mükemmeldi. Ödediğimiz ücreti hakediyor.

Girişte kapının açıldığı alan ile odanın zemin yüksekliği farklı, oda içinde yürürken zemindeki kot farkı nedeniyle takılıp düşmeniz mümkün. Biz oraya basmamak ve düşmemek için bir sandalye koyduk.

Το κατάλυμα είχε αρκετά σοβαρό πρόβλημα με τη φασαρία, καθώς το παράθυρο των υπνοδωματίων βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω πολυσύχναστο πεζοδρόμιο, με αποτέλεσμα όλοι οι θόρυβοι από έξω να ακούγονται έντονα μέσα και να δυσκολεύουν τον ύπνο. Επίσης, το μπάνιο είναι στο προσκεφάλι του ενός κρεβατιού και όλοι οι ένοικοι πρέπει να κατεβαίνουν τη σκάλα και να περνούν ακριβώς μπροστά από το κρεβάτι, κάτι που είναι αρκετά άβολο και διαταράσσει τον ύπνο του ατόμου που κοιμάται εκεί. Στα θετικά, το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Ωστόσο, για τρία άτομα η διαμονή αποδεικνύεται δύσκολη, τόσο λόγω της ιδιομορφίας με το μπάνιο όσο και επειδή δεν υπάρχει ένας ξεχωριστός χώρος σαλονιού, ώστε να μπορεί να υπάρξει μια πιο άνετη και λειτουργική συμβίωση.
