Apartment located on the top floor of a building in an inner courtyard overlooking the rooftops, in one of the streets of Bolognese nightlife.This cosy apartment, recently renovated, is situated on the third and top floor of a building without elevator, in one of the nightlife areas of Bologna; it comes with parquet and is enriched by exposed wooden beams. The living area consists of an open plan and equipped kitchenette, fitted also with an oven and a kettle, a dining table and a double sofa bed.The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a wardrobe, and boasts an ensuite modern bathroom with shower. At guests’ disposal there is also free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
