Przestronne mieszkanie. Udogodnienia jak w domu. Wygodne materace w sypialni. Blisko dworca, Belvedere, sklepów i piekarni. Blisko do Falkesteiner Stuberl oraz pizzerii I Bellissimi. Swojsko, przytulnie i wygodnie. Dziękujemy mężowi Brigitte, że czekał na nasz przyjazd do późnego wieczora i Brigitte za wyszykowanie mieszkania dla nas. Pozdrawiamy, polecamy.

Das Stadtzentrum sowie alle Ziele ließen sich mit U- und S-Bahn sehr zügig erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben alles gehabt, was wir brauchten. Vermieter war freundlich, per Telefon/WhatsApp gut erreichbar, so dass man sich gut absprechen konnte.
Ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem richtigen Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten anstelle des Ausziehsofas wäre für uns als vierköpfige Familie natürlich top geweseb. Hier muss man bereit seinen, einen Kompromiss einzugehen, weil die Wohnung nicht nur als Ferienwohnung vermietet, sondern vom Eigentümer auch selbst mit einem eigenen Raumprogramm genutzt wird. Darin ist anstelle eines zweiten Schlafzimmers und neben Wohnzimmer und Küche ein Biedermeier-Salon (eben mit Schlafsofa zum Ausziehen) vorgesehen.

Everything was super well organised, clean and welcoming. Brigette met us at the property and gave us a tour and let us know anything we may possibly need to know. We arrived on a public holiday so she kindly put a few foodie bits in the fridge for us which was so so kind, also giving us tourist spot information prior to arrival and more on arrival. Great communication and a lovely host.
Personal preference - needed a fan. 30+ degrees was hot for us, and the windows did not help cool until well in the evening.
