Small residence on a human scale Cosi, oriented towards the sea. Quiet and sunny the apartment is on the ground floor with large sun terrace all day!
located in the tourist area of Funchal, with a large terrace of 60m2 sunny with an outdoor seating area + a dining area with water point + a solarium with deckchair.
The interior has a fully equipped kitchen with opening in the dining room / living room of 25m² + 1 large bedroom with king size bed + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Located near all shops, gym ... and the big shopping center "Forum Madeira" totally open to the sky. Animated the summer by spectacles and events, as well as its restaurants and shops at 100m of the appart. open 7/7 until 23:00. The beach and the natural pools (sea water) are at 100m also. As well as beautiful walk by the sea.

Very cosy and lovely apartment. Big terrace with an amazing sunrise view. Amazing location, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping centre, and bus station.

Large, clean apartment with beautiful back yard/terrace. Very close to ocean and cliff side walks. Hugo was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Area is a bit far from old town, but we walked it multiple times. We wanted to be out of Funchal core for easier road trips to other areas of Madeira. Shopping and restaurants all near by. Totally enjoyed our trip and stay at Hugo's!

Stayed here last week and had a nice time… the property definitely could be cleaner. We arrived to food smeared on the cupboards, no top sheets, dirty couch and pillows. The location is great however, and there is easy street parking that is free. The deck and view are amazing. Overall our stay was pleasant but if you’re looking for a super clean and polished property, this is not it. Also had to coordinate with the owners brother to get the key which I found a little strange.

The Apartment is nice. The terrace is beautiful but there is a camera pointing directly on the terrace and inside the Apartment. The bathroom was a little bit dirty. The kitchen has everything you need. But the oven was broken. Sadly the neighborhood is quiet loud, dogs barking and children are screaming all the time.
I would not stay in this aparrment again because of the camera. If the camera wasnt there i would consider to stay there again.
