About this vacation rental
Villa tilia
44 km to the northeast from Heinola, lake Peruvesi 25 m (length 12 km, width 2 km), hard, gently deepening sand bottom, pier and rowing boat.
Log villa 2006, living room, kitchen, three bedrooms (11-12 m²), two beds in each, dressing room, washroom, sauna with both electric and wood-burning sauna stove, separate WC.
Four beds in the loft. Fiber optic internet connection and wireless network in the villa. Satellite antenna. Air source heat pump.
Lakeside sauna with dressing room and wood-burning sauna stove, great views to the lake from the window.
There is also a bathtub in the yard for additional fee, bathtub is prefilled.
Pets are allowed, please select a pet fee from the additional services list if you bring a pet with you.
Charging an electric or hybrid car from a heating pole or socket is only permitted for an additional fee and must always be agreed with the owner in advance.
If you are coming to spend a weekend with your friends and want to enjoy your holiday until the end, then we recommend that you book also final cleaning. If after your booking there needs to be cleaned more than is included in the price, then the owner is entitled to charge extra for cleaning. The customer is entitled to cleaning the gas grill.
