WC, double hand-basin. 2 large terraces 24 m2 partly covered, large terrace 31 m2, large patio, large garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Please note: the area is only partially fenced, small children should not be left unattended due to the terrace and pool as well as the slope to the surrounding river!
