Brione lies on sunny hillside position above Locarno. Completely renovated in 2017, the spacious house on 1 floor is located in the upper part of the village. Surrounded by meadows, forest and only a few other residential units nearby, it offers a lot of privacy and peace to relax and enjoy. The property lies in sunny position and a bench in the front part of the property offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Lago Maggiore and the opposite mountain range. Another showpiece of this over 4’000 m2 large property is the outside area with the large park garden and play / lying area. The idyllic garden area is planted with many southern bushes, camellias, rhododendrons, etc. Several scattered sitting corners with stone tables invite you to linger. The newly renovated solar heated swimming pool (ca. 8 m x 5 m, open from the beginning of May to mid-October, weather depending) is surrounded on one side by a large granite deck terrace.
