About this apartment rental

Wide attic apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 balconies, which can accommodate up to 6 adults + 2 children under 14 years age.



The flat consists of three double rooms, three bathrooms, of which two with shower and one with bathtub and shower facility, a bright living room with double sofa bed and a separate kitchen.



There are three balconies with valley view.



The separate kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.



Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Four characteristic properties will welcome you, all with balcony or terrace.



In winter the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops approx. 500 m from the house and takes you in a few minutes free of charge (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts. Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes.



In summer the idyllic location will make you forget the daily stress and appreciate the wonderful nature of the Dolomites. The cycle path through Val Gardena passes right behind the house and allows you to easily reach all villages on two wheels.



The centers of Santa Cristina and Ortisei are respectively 1,5 and 3 km away from the house, both of them can be reached free of charge by bus, which stops approx. 500 m from the house.



Also 500 m from the house you will find the next grocery shop, bar, restaurant and ski rental.



The house is also particularly suitable for families with children and large groups, given the generous size of the flats and it is surrounded by a wonderful lawn, where you can enjoy nature and let the children play with various outdoor games.



Casa Culac also offers parking in the garage and outside (1 per flat), Wi-Fi, bike and ski storage, a shared washing machine and free linen and towels.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

    We really enjoy our time in Ortisei! The listing was exactly as advertised. We even had a small issue and needed to extend the checkout time, which the hosts were gracious enough to extend us to allow for later departure! We did have to buy laundry detergent for the washer and ran low on toilet paper, but everything else was fully stocked, including the kitchen! Would love to be able to come back again and experience a winter in this magical town!

    We stayed in late September and it was getting quite cold at night - we asked if they could turn the heat on and they never did. It was in the 30s F and we were all very cold. We also were happy there was laundry but it was too cold outside and inside for the laundry to dry and the towel warmers wouldn't work either. There was no soap, no extra TP, and no garbage bags. There was also only one garbage in the entire apartment (in the kitchen) - nothing in any of the bathrooms. Take note that the code you are given is only valid AFTER 3pm check in as well (which hopefully they've added the 3pm information in the pdf they send since it wasn't in ours). Otherwise, adorable little place - spacious enough for the 6 adults we had. Garage parking and close to a lot of things. Also, the market they mention that is 500m away is no longer in business.
