Great location with a quick walk over to a supermarket and bakery, with plenty of parking spots conveniently located off the street. The apartment has a modern spa-like aesthetic that sets the mood for relaxing after long days of climbing in the mountains. The bedrooms are smartly designed with adequate clothing storage, bedside surfaces & outlets, and a split duvet. The bathrooms are spacious with sufficient storage for toiletries and multiple options for low- and high-level lighting. No issues with adjusting shower temperature, and I appreciated the design features that allowed the shower area to drain and dry efficiently. The provided instructions for using amenities were clear and allowed us to fully utilize the espresso machine and private sauna every day of our stay. On-site staff is limited and we only saw our host at check-in, but she was easily accessible by Whatsapp and was accommodating. This facility provides guests with the Val Gardena Guest Pass to use the public buses for free.
The only design aspect that proved an inconvenience was that apartment warms up from the sunlight by virtue of having beautiful floor to ceiling windows, but the thermostat may only be adjusted by a maximum of 2 degrees Celsius. Our group did not sleep well for the first 2 nights because the temperature was too warm, and though it was helped by opening the windows this introduced insects & the noise of street traffic that some found bothersome for sleeping. We requested that our host change the thermometer set point for our last 2 nights, and while we didn't notice a difference on the thermostat display it subjectively felt better in the apartment, perhaps in part because it rained the next day and we started drawing the window curtains closed when we went out for the day.

El diseño del apartamento. La sauna.
El apartamento está muy bien, pero hay dos razones por las que no puedo dar la máxima puntuación. La primera es por no tener sabanas de baño, no entiendo que se pongan para la ducha toallas pequeñas. Y la segunda es por no tener distintos tipos de almohadas (con distinta firmeza), creo que por el precio pagado se debería incluir; es una cuestión muy personal y no todos los usuarios demandamos lo mismo, además de no requerir una gran inversión para los propietarios. La estancia ha sido vacacional y un buen descanso es fundamental.

Perfect for summer hicking!
From the balcony you can see sassolungo (see pic). There are various routes really close to the apartment.
Jazucci is perfect after hicking.
Store 30m from the door.
There was a hicking map in the apartment, this proofed to be really excellent and included link to local weather forecast that was really accurate.
Also many restaurants within walking.
Apartment itself really stylist and perfect for families or two couples

The facilities were great. The location in town was convenient, but it was also a bit noisy at night. The flat was great to share with friends. We also really appreciated the sauna, after our long hikes during the day.
It could be quite noisy at night, especially as we wanted to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the mountain air.
