Enjoy views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park that will leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach 3 miles away you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the energy of downtown Miami, giving you the ultimate Miami experience.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

Located on the 33rd floor and facing North, Miami Vice! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers water views of Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Miami Vice! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

The fully equipped kitchen near the entrance of Miami Vice! features white and light blue details, exuding that quintessential Miami vibe. The dining table, with seating up to 6, flows into the living room, where you'll find the couch, perfect for collapsing into after soaking up the Miami sun. The 65" Roku streaming TV provides the ideal way to unwind and catch up on the shows and movies you thought you left behind.

As you check out the bedrooms, you notice the 2nd bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed and a 55" Roku streaming TV with entertainment options. This bedroom grants access to a fully furnished balcony, allowing you to enjoy the mesmerizing views.

Across from the 2nd bedroom is the 2nd full bathroom which boasts a large walk-in shower. This bathroom adds to the convenience and comfort of your stay, ensuring that you have everything you need for a refreshing experience.

For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer located in the hallway. You won't have to worry about going home with dirty laundry, as you can easily take care of it during your stay, ensuring that your clothes remain fresh throughout your Miami vacation.

The 3rd bedroom is interior, meaning it doesn't have windows, but it remains a guest favorite due to its secluded ambiance. With two twin beds and a 50” Roku streaming TV, this retreat provides the perfect spot for guests to enjoy a peaceful slumber, making it easy to sleep in till noon.

The master bedroom spans the entire length of the condo. It offers a host of amenities, including a king-sized bed. A desk is provided for any work-related endeavors, and a 55" Roku streaming TV ensures entertainment on demand. The walk-in closet is generously sized, accommodating all your shopping finds. Additionally, the vanity area outside the master bathroom provides a convenient spot to get ready. The captivating view from the bed might entice you to stay in just a little longer. The master bathroom is equally stunning, featuring a separate bathtub and shower.
