Good location. Vast apartment that looks recently refurbished. Agreable small balcony. Comfortable beds. Quick response to our queries.
The washing machine was running when we arrived. We were told to leave it.
We went out in the evening and when we came back there was a very strong smell coming from one of the batchrooms and a water leak on the floor (which we cleaned with some towels). While opening our beds we noticed that the bedsheets were not clean and fresh (they looked like they had already been used). We sent a message mentioning the smell, the leak and the bedsheets. Someone came over 10 minutes later with some clean bedsheets (and admitted that the cleaning lady did not work on that day). The clean bedsheets were fine. We left the bathroom window open but the smell persisted.
