PointBreak Sleeps 12 with hot tub-Great celebration house-Dog friendly

The property had a great downstairs kitchen living area loved it.

The view to the back was a little grim as it was dirty pond all cordoned off.

The house was so spacious and comfortable. It was a delight for us to celebrate my Daughter's Hen Party. The downstairs room was a fantastic party room. The ensuite facilities were welcomed & hot tub really enjoyed.

The large smeg oven was very slow to heat with pizzas taking an awful long to cook. We then realised there is a 2nd oven in the utility room. We could find no instructions, only warrantee information. The integral microwave also did not heat, so the microwave by the door was used. We expected a guestbook with important information, i.e., opening times of pool facilities, emergency contacts, fire procedure, and takeaway options to be in property. The final access to property was full of potholes, so we had to negotiate very carefully.
