1. The staff and team at the resort have been excellent. They communicated ahead of our arrival, notified of a problem with the hot tub, upgraded us and checked in every day to ensure we were happy and if anything needed fixing. We had to call them for a few things and they were quick to respond and super friendly. The scale of their operation supports the size of the development and they couldn't be more helpful. 2. Facilities are great. the on-site mini store was well stocked, swimming pool, restaurant, play area and the water sports for kids. It was clean, well maintained and very picturesque. 3. Location was great. You can literally spend you entire time in the resort and have a relaxing time or you can travel to other places within 30 mins. We visited Land's End, Newquay, St Ives, Tintagel and Padstow during our stay and it was an easy journey. 4. We were four families, 18 in total including kids and had two 4BD villas. The villas were amazing. Multiple bathrooms, large kitchen, living area inside and outside terraces. Hot tubs were great and they were well equipped with bedding, towels and kitchen utensils.

1. It is a nature reserve so they don't have too many lights at night. Which we completely support and understand but some areas such as the roof terrace would benefit from dim motion sensitive LEDs to avoid slips, trip or falls. 2. Outdoor furniture - could also benefit from cleaning, similar to how clean the inside of the villas were.

We arrived by taxi with two suitcases. When we checked in we were told that we would have to drag our cases to our accommodation as they could not supply assistance or a (golf) buggy service. WHAT!! We are fairly elderly but the check in lady insisted that we would have to take charge of our cases. So we did! 15 minutes dragging our cases in hot weather - unbelievable! Not happy, that obviously spoilt our stay. Glad to say we won’t be coming back any time soon! (Wonder if anyone will read this?).
