Overall it was a very relaxed ladies weekend to recharge the batteries.

Loved the location of the house as it was near to the sea and the most beautiful sunset view. Very spacious.

Recommendations is to have some heaters available for the cold evenings. The shower water was cold after 5 people showered after each other. Not sure if the geyser was on a timer but it was quite frustrating as a warm shower was much needed on a cold winters night. Some kitchen crockery was lacking e.g. nice platters, basting brush, dish clothes, more glass bowls for salads as well as cereal bowls. No dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Great location, extra warm blankets were nice.

Two broken toilet seats, one without a seat. Broken glass, missing knife, shower door not sealing, ie water leaked onto bathroom floor.

Comfortable haven

Our stay was very comfortable, and the home was very clean. House felt airy and uncluttered but catered for all of our needs. The common areas are spacious, we were able to comfortably socialise as a group. The covered patio/braai area in particular was great. It was great having so many bathrooms/toilets, especially as we had 9 in our party. The area is quiet and one an truly relax. When you need to see people the beach was within very close proximity...enjoyed our long walk along the beach. Good quality bed linen and pillows allowed for restful nights. Overall a most-enjoyable weekend away...which comes highly recommended. Enjoyed the

These are not real dislikes but perhaps some suggestions for improvement. Communication prior to arrival could be better. Upon arriving at the home, I was expecting someone to meet us there instead I was given information on how to access the property once I telephonically contacted the property owners....this was sorted quickly (and in a friendly manner) and we were able to gain access almost instantly. There are some minor maintenance required in the kitchen (like missing cupboard and draw handles) but can be easily fixed. The wi-fi connectivity could be better but not a deal-breaker. None of these things hampered our stay nor did it impact it negatively. Definitely worth booking again in the future.
