The apartment itself was very nice. It was clean and well-maintained.
Owners seemed very friendly in the beginning, but their attitude quickly changed when we requested the A/C to be set at a lower temperature (which was set at a fixed temperature of 25 degrees). Setting the A/C on a comfortable temperature would come at a premium (which was not advertised). Not pet friendly, although this is advertised in the description. She (Alda) even started screaming at us that we needed to get the dog away from her. Even tough our dog was on the leash and is very friendly. The parking facilities were small, we had to perform quite some maneuvering to exit the parking place. We experienced quite some intrusive behavior, which made us feel as though we were constantly under surveillance, hindering our ability to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We were messaged quite some times, when no direct action was undertaken following the messages, Alda came knocking on the door angrily.

Excellent
This is a great place to stay. Brand new apartments, spacious with modern decor and all you need for your holiday. Very clean. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. A big advantage is the free parking space at the property. We will be back and we give our best recommendations. If possible we would have rated it 12 !

L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato in modo impeccabile, molto bello e spazioso, sicuramente la proprietà non ha badato a spese, complimenti, e ottima posizione al centro di Omegna, ci tornerei volentieri.
Una pecca ma non per colpa loro con la pompa di calore a metà stagione l’appartamento era un po’ freddo e faceva fatica a scaldarsi la notte, consiglierei per le mezze stagioni un altro piumone nel armadio, ma ripeto ….non è certo per colpa dei titolari ma di queste nuove tecnologie che per alcuni periodi non funzionano benissimo.
