We vacation in Perdido Key almost every year. This was our first visit to Beach Colony and we really enjoyed it. We only had nitpick minor issues (looking at you, elevator codes!) but all went really great. We'll definitely look at staying at this property again.

The unit was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the showers had great water pressure and very hot water. The pool was never busy and the beach wasn’t super crowded either. We heard no noise at night which was great! There are a lot of different codes to get in…gate, elevator, etc. The only downside we had was that there wasn’t much toilet paper, dish soap or laundry detergent provided but they did tell us this in the rental agreement so it wasn’t a surprise, but would be nice to have extras.

It was really clean, prob the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. Family oriented beach and complex. Pool was clean. Needed codes for entrance gates, elevators, had to wear wrist bands. Checked by security. Always had parking spots.
