• Timeline: August 2026 through December 2026, schedule and weather permitting.
• Nature of work: Re-coating and sealing exterior windows. Workers can periodically be seen from windows. Balconies will be sealed and re-coated later in the project timeline, though no schedule in place at this time.
• Starting in September 2026: They will begin working their way around the entire building to launch the remaining work.
• Balconies will be sealed and re-coated, requiring closure for up to one week. Balcony furniture will be moved inside the unit. Schedule TBD.
Project is schedule and weather permitting. Please remain up-to-date.

Property was clean and comfortable. I thought a little pricey but I guess everything is now. Satisfied fully with overall value for our entended family of six. Security and access was extensive but in this day and age we felt safe and exclusive in property and beach. Pools inside and out were very nice. Communication on check in and out were tímely and accurate. We will consider going again and would recommend!

The condo was great! It was spacious and clean and well kept. The balcony was lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and I could do basic cooking and baking with no issues. Communication was great. We did reach out to the host once and they were easy to work with and very responsive. We would stay here again.
