- ACCOMMODATION -
Luminous, entirely equipped and spacious, it is a 70sqm apartment for 6 people maximum.
You will be located in the district of Pointe Saint-Charles, close to the Lachine Canal, Old Port of Montreal, Atwater Market and downtown Montreal.
To ensure maximum comfort during your stay you will be offered the following amenities:
• Living room: sofa, chair, flat screen television with Netflix and a coffee table.
• Open kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hotplates, dishwasher and dining table for 4 people.
• 1st bedroom: queen size bed.
• 2nd bedroom: double bed.
• Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet.
Plus: hair dryer, iron, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning.
Included: Wifi, high quality linen and towels, etc.
The accommodation has a Noise Aware system.
- GUEST ACCESS -
The accommodation is on the ground floor. You will be given one set of keys on upon your arrival via lockbox access (code will be sent prior to your arrival).
ATTENTION: housing is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
IMPORTANT: It will be a self check-in, the check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is no later than 11 am on the day of departure.
- NEIGHBORHOOD -
The apartment is located in the district of the Pointe Saint Charles. You will find an IGA supermarket and restaurants nearby.
You will be at:
• Griffintown, Little Burgundy and the Atwater Market are all walking distance away.
• Downtown and Old port, are less than 20 minutes away by public transport and can also be accessed via bike (bixi) or walking.
• Mont-Royal, at 30 minutes away by public transport.
• Ile Sainte Hélène is 15 minutes away by car.
- TRANSPORT -
• There is free street parking in front of the building
• There is a metro (Charlevoix station) that is about 12 minutes away by walking

We had a great stay during our trip to Montreal. The place had everything we needed, was clean and well organized. The host was very responsive too! I really appreciated how all of my questions were answered quickly. they even had me take a picture of the parking signs to ensure I was parking in a spot that was allowed--really appreciated this level of support :)

The property was definitely rough around the edges inside, could use a deep clean, but overall it was solid, had everything a person needed as far as bathroom and kitchen ammenities were concerned. The neighborhood is decent, but there is not alot of shopsor restaurants
