Casa de Madera en Calafell

La ubicación de la casa, la zona (tranquilidad total), la estética y lo práctica que resulta. La zona del porche junto a la piscina te asegura muchas horas de sombra. Corre siempre una brisa muy agradable.

Hay algún pequeño aspecto mejorable, pero ninguno de relevancia

La casa està en un lloc molt tranquil, fàcil d’accedir i amb molts llocs d’aparcament fora. Les habitacions i banys són grans i la casa té tot el que pots necessitar. Xavi, l’amfitrió, és molt simpàtic i ens ha facilitat molt la nostra estància (llocs on anar, taxis, etc.) Està pendent en tot moment per si necessites qualsevol cosa. Un 100 per a ell.

Ens va encantar el lloc. Si hagués de dir alguna cosa negativa, és que hi havia plats i gots que no estaven nets, supose que qui s’encarrega de netejar no va verificar que estigués tot net. La resta tot genial i en perfecte estat. L’aire condicionat funciona amb monedes. És una putada, però em va semblar bona idea per no malbaratar.

Está cerca de Calafell pero a la vez alejado de ruido, zonas turísticas etc. Entorno agradable, jardín con pequeña piscina, y el dueño muy amable y atento

House was as in pics, good duvet covers. Location is nice (also remote) from town

Yard is out of use at the moment. There was not swimming pool as it says there is. Had no info of the yard. Also they use a lot of perfumes in the house, bed linen had been washed with a very strong-smelling substance. Also there’s basic things missing like few extra towel for face, floor etc. The text gave a better picture of the apartment than it actually is. Also the information is bit mixed. The automatic welcome text basically says that you need to have cash for deposit and city tax but in real life u pay it by bank transfer. Need to do online check in and also they wanted photos of passport/id card (even tho the info was submitted in online check in what they told us they needed). Most complicated check in process. Host was friendly tho.
