It is a quiet neighborhood without parties and little traffic.

Together with friends and family (4 adults and 4 teenagers age 17-19) we had a wonderful stay at Villa Arcos. The teenagers especially appreciated the closeness to the beach, bars and restaurants. Took about 20 min. to walk there. Fantastic pool, great kitchen and comfortable beds. The outside space was a little bit on the small side for 8 people, but worked fine. There was only 2 sunbeds; but for us it didn't matter since it was too hot to lay in the sun anyway. The neighbor next door remodeled his bathrooms when we were there, so a bit noisy during the day. However, if you rent a house in a residential area you have to be prepared for these things, so we didn't mind in the end. All in all a great stay in a wonderful location!

Toda la casa, la piscina, y sobretodo la ubicación nos ha encantado. Hemos podido disfrutar de la tranquilidad que nos ofrecía la casa y a la vez hemos podido ir al centro sin ningún problema.
