About this house rental
New terraced house, 4 bedrooms, cozy, with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Organized on two floors.
The lower part is the day area: kitchen, lounge, toilet, terrace with secure access to the pool. The first floor is the sleeping area: double bed (150) suite with bathroom and toilet, bedroom with bunk bed, double room (140), room with sofa bed, toilet and shower room.
Great uncrowded pool in park of 3. 500m2. The beach that runs from Segur de Calafell Calafell is 5.5 km long, the early birds will make their jogging early in the morning in the summer! It remains a family beaches par excellence, by its size, but also by the quality of water and sand. It is possible to rent sun beds, it is equipped with showers and toilets, and monitored by the Red Cross. Many shops, bars and restaurants all along the beach.
Gastronomy is paramount in Catalonia. Tapas accompany the white wines of the Penedès and absolutely unique red wines of Priorat, but the area of Calafell and Vilanova is famous for its fresh fish and shellfish.
The market of Vilanova i la Geltru, spectacular Saturday morning is a true pleasure for the eyes but also the ears! You can taste in restaurants in the area famous Xato salad with raw cod and tomato sauce, garlic and almonds. Also try the delicious paella Fideua-pasta to seafood to enjoy with his aioli or even the samfaina who blackmails Mediterranean vegetables accompanying meat and fish that you can grill on the barbecue beautiful home.
Nearby, the inevitable city of Sitges with its designer boutiques and iconoclastic atmosphere. A little further north, the Catalan capital, Barcelona: 50 min by train from Calafell conditioning. To travel and visit the Touristic Bus is a simple option that allows to see a lot in a short time. In the south, the unmissable Port Aventura theme park with its Aquatic Park will delight the young as well as old.

The house was in a great area. We did not get the same house as advertised, but It was still great. Probaly because they rent out different houses that are similar. When we arrived somebody was there to let us in en give us some instructions.
On the last day (while packing) we noticed dirt behind the beds, so It was clear It wasn't cleaned thorougly. The swimming pool was very busy our whole vacation. When we arrived there was no toilet paper at all. So we had to hurry to find a store that was open on a Sunday night. Usually when we go on vacation, there is at least one or two rolls at the vacation home. Also not all to rooms had a fan, so that was a bummer.
The shower in the master bedroom didn't had warm water. So there is a little room for improvement.
In spite of all that, we did very much enjoy our time there. The house was big enough for all of us (family of 9). We felt very safe there with camera's and alarm. Our kids loved to swim there. The swimming pool was just in front of the house and the other peoply living there/vacationing were very friendly. And the beach is just 7 minutes away by car. Also there was a little book/folder in the house with recommadations where to eat, where to go in case of a emergency etc. which we found very helpfull.

Superbe location.. très bien équipée ; très propre.. dans une résidence sympathique pleine de vie et de bonne humeur.
Anne Claire est d'excellent conseil et une hôte attentionnée.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre les plages de Calafell, la piscine de la résidence et les très nombreuses visites touristiques ( Barcelone, monastères citersciens, Tarragone...)
N hésitez pas !!!

Location tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Impeccable et très bien équipée. Belle piscine spacieuse peu fréquentée dans un jardin verdoyant. Voisins sympathiques et avenants. À recommander.

La casa esta bien en general, los vecinos muy agradables.
Pasamos mucho calor, no habia aire acondicionado, pero estuvimos bien.
El mayor inconveniente es que hasta 10 días después no hemos recuperado la fianza, estamos muy descontentos con esto. Normalmente cuando sales de la casa se revisa que esta todo en orden y se devuelve la fianza, pues 10 días hemos tardado!
