Fantastic location! Charming little flat. Yes you go up 3 flights on wooden spiral staircase but if you don’t overpack - this is part of the charm and a necessary workout after consuming pastries and croissants. The courtyard makes it very quiet and even though you are right next to cafes and markets and stores and the metro it feels like a world apart. The large windows make for ample ventilation. The owner / manager communicated very well on WhatsApp and had useful suggestions. Definitely good for 1-2 people.

Charming apartment in true Parisian style and in a very nice area. Bed and shower were great! Kitchenette and bathroom are a bit small, but well equipped. Attentive hosts!
Some signs of aging in the flat and some noise by handymen in the building, but nothing to really worry about

The location of the apartment is fantastic! Cafes very close by and amazing French bakery right downstairs. Pierre the host is amazing with communication and we felt very safe and local throughout our stay. Would highly recommend for that Paris neighbourhood stay 😊
